Where is the price for the ring listed?
The price for the rings depends on a number of factors, including ring size, and metal. Once you have selected your ring width (if applicable), size, and metal preferences from the drop-down options, the correct price will be listed to the left of the drop down menu. For some rings the price is listed at the bottom of the page.
*Please note that the image of the ring does not necessarily reflect the options selected from the drop-down menus, and that the price reflects the options that are selected, not the image.
Are the rings available in different metals?
Yes, when you open up the page for a particular ring, you may first have to select your ring size or width preference, then a new drop-down menu called "Metal" will appear. Most rings are available in: silver, palladium, 14kt yellow gold, 14kt rose gold, 14kt white gold, 18kt yellow gold, and platinum (see below for sample drop-down menu).
How do I see the price for a ring in a specific material or millimeter width?
At the center of the page for your desired ring, you will find several boxes with drop-down menus. Fill in the drop-down menus from top to bottom.
First select the width and ring size:
Next, select a metal:
Once all the required drop-down menus have been filled in, the correct price should appear either to the left of the ring, or below it.
Can I order a ring in a quarter size?
Yes, if you would like to order a ring in a quarter size, please check the "special instructions box" once you have selected your choices from the drop-down menus. A text box should appear where you can state that you would like a quarter size, or any other special instructions for the ring.
What if I don't know my ring size?
Just contact us and include your mailing address. We'll send you a free ring sizer (we do not ship ring sizers internationally).

HEIRLOOM JEWELRY: If you’re sending us heirloom pieces for redesign or repair, we encourage you to have them appraised first.
